Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates combines the traditional principles and movements of Mat Pilates with a Reformer machine. This machine contains a footbar, carriage, pulleys and springs of varying tension that can be adjusted to suit your fitness level and needs.
Tower Pilates
The Tower is an apparatus that is attached to the Reformer, but offers a more stable surface to work from. Individuals will sit, stand or lie down on a mat and work with resistive springs that are attached to a Tower to build strength, flexibility and muscular endurance.
Chair Pilates
The Wunda Chair consists of a wooden base topped by a padded seat and a pedal that is attached to springs on either side. Chair exercises are performed sitting upright on the padded surface as well as standing on top, behind, or in front of the chair with hands or feet in contact with the pedal.
Core Align
The Core Align is similar to a Pilates Reformer but most of the exercises are done in a vertical, standing position. The Core Align is really one of the best tools for anyone who wants to improve core stability and strength or problems with your low back, hips, knees or feet.
Pre/Post Natal Pilates
This program helps carry you through the amazing journey of pregnancy and the postpartum period that is filled with significant changes in your body. It focuses on diaphramatic breathing, body awareness and conscious relaxation, pelvic floor awareness and control, postural balance, upper body strength, core and leg strength.
Pelvic Floor Pilates
Pelvic Floor Pilates specifically focuses on the engagement or relaxation of the pelvic floor during your Pilates practice. It helps to restore the responsive nature of the pelvic floor and correct any hypertonic or hypotonic tendencies. PVP is offered in-studio and virtually.

All that’s needed is you and a pair of grippy socks. You can find them on Amazon under Pilates or yoga socks. Regular socks are too slippery to use on the equipment. Don’t stress too much though about having them for your first appointment, LeeAnn has a pair you can borrow if you forget or don’t have time to purchase.

Sessions can be made through the website by clicking on the “Book Now” button. You can also call/text LeeAnn at 205-305-6003 if you can’t find a time on the Acuity calendar that works with your schedule!

Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations. LeeAnn understands that emergencies do occur but after 2 late cancels you will be charged a full session fee or will loose a session on your package.

There are some injuries we can work around to still give you a great workout. Let LeeAnn know what your injury is and she can advise whether or not it’s ok to proceed or if it’s better to wait.

Absolutely! As long as you have clearance from your Dr and you’re not on bed rest, Pilates is safe during your entire pregnancy and into the postpartum period!

LeeAnn is a Comprehensively trained Pilates Instructor and certified through PAI, (Pilates Academy International) based out of New York City, NY. She has certifications in Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel. She has also completed training in Suspension Pilates Method and Core Align and is a Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist and Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist.

Because Pilates is low impact and beneficial for a multitude of reasons, it can be done every day!
