LeeAnn is a Birmingham native and mother of 4.  After going through extensive treatment for breast cancer in 2010 she was left with lingering side effects like joint pain and mobility deficiencies. She struggled for over a decade trying to stay active and regain her strength. but traditional exercise modalities left her in a vicious cycle of injuries. Eventually she stumbled upon Pilates and knew she should give it a try. She could feel a difference even after the first session and it gave her hope that she could restore and feel good in her body again. LeeAnn’s passion for Pilates and desire to share it with others led her to complete her certification and open her own studio in order to share this amazing gift with others. What she loves most about Pilates is its adaptability to meet an individual where they are in their fitness and movement journey. LeeAnn is enthusiastic about helping others feel better in their bodies and loves how Pilates is a whole body workout that can be adapted for anyone regardless of age or skill level.  LeeAnn is Comprehensively Certified through Pilates Academy International based out of New York City, NY and also has training in Pilates Suspension Method and the Core Align. Her additional qualifications as a Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist and Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist help her tune into her clients that may have more specific needs. LeeAnn is always searching for ways to expand her knowledge to continue helping the people that cross her path!
